Key Responsibilities
5+ years of proven social ads management experience with a strong focus on B2C campaigns.
At least 3 years of experience managing campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms.
Demonstrated expertise in email marketing best practices and multi-channel campaign integration.
Advanced knowledge of social and search ads platforms, campaign analytics, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in CRO techniques, including A/B testing and landing page optimization.
Strong creative and copywriting skills.
Active Meta Certification for advertising professionals.
Active TikTok Certification in advertising.
Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
Track record of building efficient workflows and processes for creative production and performance marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
